About me

I’m Renee Buice, and I help people approach their next move in Florida with clarity, purpose, and confidence. To me, real estate is personal. A home can represent a fresh start, room for a growing family, or the freedom to begin a different chapter. That connection between property and possibility is what draws me to this work and inspires the care I bring to each client relationship.

My approach starts with listening. Before discussing properties or listing plans, I want to understand your priorities, your timing, and what a successful move looks like for you. From there, I help you explore your options, understand the steps ahead, and weigh decisions against your goals. I believe you deserve clear explanations, thoughtful answers, and the space to make choices you feel comfortable with.

What matters most to me is being someone you can communicate with openly throughout the process. Whether you’re preparing to buy your first home, sell a property filled with memories, or relocate within Florida, I bring an attentive, practical approach to your next steps. My goal is to help you move forward feeling informed, supported, and excited about what comes next.

A meaningful real estate decision begins with understanding the life you want to build.
